We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

YOUR ACCOUNT

TO USE SUBTRACT, YOU MUST

—Provide accurate information
—Maintain your account security
—Not share your credentials
—Notify us of any unauthorized access

WE MAY SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU

—Violate these terms
—Engage in fraudulent activity
—Abuse the service
—Fail to pay fees due

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Subscriptions are processed through Flutterwave.

—Billed in advance
—Priced in USD (or local currency where available)
—Auto-renews unless cancelled
—Cancellable anytime from account settings

On cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We will notify you 30 days in advance of any price changes.

ACCEPTABLE USE

When using Subtract, you agree not to:

—Infringe on intellectual property rights
—Transmit harmful code or viruses

—Resell or redistribute the service
—Use the service for illegal purposes

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Subtract owns all rights to the service code, design, trademarks, algorithms, and documentation.

YOURS

You retain ownership of any content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you.

DISCLAIMERS

Subtract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We are a tool. We make no promises about outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtract is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold Subtract harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

DISPUTES

INFORMAL RESOLUTION

Before filing any claim, contact us at hello@subtract.life to resolve the issue informally. We'll respond within 5 business days.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

TERMINATION

On account termination:

—Your access ends immediately
—Data may be deleted after 90 days
—Outstanding fees remain due
—Liability and indemnification provisions survive

GENERAL

—Entire Agreement: These terms are the full agreement between you and Subtract.
—Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest still applies.
—No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right doesn't mean we've waived it.
—Assignment: We may assign these terms. You may not.
—Force Majeure: We're not liable for events outside our control.
